Manager Kitpacking ( Fulltime)
The purpose of the job is to manage the day to day operations of the kit packing and distribution group, responsible for planning, building, and supplying collection kits and other materials to Investigator Sites according to the agreed scope, budget, and protocol requirements.
The Manager, Kit Packing, Oosterhout will lead the kit packing department, managing and meeting customer expectations, managing the capacity and activity of the Kit Packing Team to ensure effective and high quality performance. The successful candidate will be the key decision maker for this important function, creating goals and objectives to align with the company’s overall vision. Other key requirements will involve the creation and control of departmental KPIs, budget management, SOP management, and workflow management. The successful individual will be an excellent communicator and prepared to present information clearly at all layers of the organization.
Job DescriptionHands on Management and supervision Kit Packing (KP) team daily operationsAllocate team members to duties as appropriateMaintain all departmental SOP, ensuring they are current, and adequate for departmental operations.Ensure that the KP department operates in accordance with global standards and procedures (SOP) of Eurofins Central Laboratory.Ensure accurate and efficient kit production according to clinical protocol/quote and in line with the agreements and understandings with client accounts.Track and report departmental metrics and KPI’s to management on a monthly bases.Maintain training regimes, competency testing, and training records for all KP departmental staff members.Respond to, and implement corrective actions to that may be deemed necessary as a result of a CAPA investigation.Identify and implement efficiency improvement opportunitiesQualifications

You have a few years experience in an logistic / production / supply chain environment;It is a pro if you have some management experience;You have a Bachelors level education work;Experience with MRP / affinity with IT systemsUndertakes to perform and behave in accordance with the agreements established in SOPs, within the overall quality of the ISO and, where applicable, the specific applicable quality system.
