**About the role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist to join our team. This role will be instrumental in building and managing our Global Supply Chain Academy, designing and developing engaging learning content, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management/Operations, instructional design, and project management, with a passion for creating impactful learning experiences.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Content Development** : Design, develop, and curate high-quality learning content tailored to supply chain professionals, including e-learning modules, webinars, videos, and other training materials.
+ **Stakeholder Collaboration** : Work closely with internal subject matter experts (SMEs), external content providers, and other stakeholders to gather insights and ensure content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date.
+ **Academy Management** : Oversee the end-to-end management of the online Supply Chain Academy, including course scheduling, user access, content updates, and platform maintenance.
+ **Instructional Design** : Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to create engaging, learner-centered content that meets the needs of diverse audiences.
+ **Project Management** : Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of learning initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
+ **Performance Measurement** : Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of learning programs, collect feedback, and make continuous improvements.
+ **Technology Utilization** : Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and other digital tools to deliver and track learning programs effectively.
+ **Innovation and Continuous Improvement** : Stay updated on L&D trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the Supply Chain Academy offerings.
**Requirements**
As a minimum you must have:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Supply Chain Management, Education, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPLP )is a plus.
+ 5+ years of experience in L&D, instructional design, or similar roles, preferably within the supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing industries.
+ Proven experience in managing learning projects end-to-end, including content development and stakeholder management.
+ Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other digital learning tools.
+ Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
+ Data-driven mindset with experience in evaluating learning outcomes and implementing improvements.
