We are looking for a Manager Labeling/ Packaging 80-100% (m/f/d) for our location in Ettlingen.

Responsibilities Designing and creating labels that meet all legal requirements and brand guidelinesEnsuring that all labels comply with legal regulations in the countries we do business in.Managing and updating product information on labels, such as chemicals, parts and regulations or usage or disposal instructions.Designing and developing packaging that protects the product, is cost efficient, environmentally sustainable and is appealing to the consumer. Choosing appropriate materials that are both functional and sustainable. Ensuring that the packaging is cost-effective without compromising qualityCollaborating with external suppliers. Collaborating with various departments to ensure that the packaging meets supply chain requirements.Coordinating projects for the introduction of new packaging or labels.Working with the product development teams to ensure labeling and packaging for new products is ready at product launch Monitoring the quality of labels and packaging during production.Analyzing market trends and consumer preferences to develop innovative packaging solutions. Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need:

Diplom/ Master's degree, Bachelor degree or training – experience as labeling and packaging manager 3- 5 years of experience in labeling and packaging management, preferably in a manufacturing or production environmentSkilled in 3D CAD design software such as SolidEdge or Inventor Very good knowledge of German and English (min. C1 level)Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.Proficiency in inventory management and quality control processes.Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
