Responsibilities:

This position supports all of BayCare Health System Laboratory ServicesOverseeing the BayCare Laboratory Informatics program that promotes appropriate test utilization, patient safety, and positive change. Create, analyze, validate, and report laboratory data to key stakeholders. Understand data security, data privacy, and clinical pathways. Demonstrate a high degree of clinical and technical competency, intrapersonal skills, attention to detail, independent critical thinking, and decision-making skills. Create and manage meaningful, high-level dashboards. Work with advanced level of data analysis, work with multi-functional teams, and BayCare leadership to provide support and assistance on process improvement projects that utilize Laboratory generated data. Perform other duties as assigned. Candidates with prior experience developing and monitoring KPI's and Quality Metrics are strongly preferred.

Qualifications:

Experience:

5 Years Clinical Laboratory Experience Required 2 Years Data Analysis Experience Preferred Tableau Experience Preferred

Education/Credentials:

Master's Degree in Informatics or Laboratory Sciences Required Clinical Laboratory Technologist License Required
