What You'll Do for Us:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that strengthen our brand portfolio and support business growth.Identify and seize opportunities to expand our market share through meticulous research and analytics.Manage and nurture relationships with bottlers, ensuring seamless execution of brand strategies.Evaluate and negotiate new strategic partnerships, as well as assess and renegotiate existing ones.Lead integrated marketing and commercial campaigns by connecting passion points with our networked organization.Monitor and analyze the value of partnerships against key objectives and ROI metrics.Execute impactful brand experiences aligned with partnership opportunities, demonstrating thought leadership in passion point marketing.Innovate and establish distinct business and contractual models with partners for mutual benefit.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.6+ years of experience in Marketing or Shopper Marketing within FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.Proven track record of developing and managing strategic partnerships and campaigns across various platforms and passion points.Strong leadership abilities with experience leading cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.Demonstrated expertise in managing budgets, project execution, and P&L responsibility.Proficient in innovation, leveraging market insights, and driving functional alignment for optimal execution.Ability to respond with agility to evolving market conditions and competitive scenarios.
