Optimize inventory management, improve service levels, and control costs in alignment with budget and forecast. + **Operational Performance & Excellence:** Manage and improve the performance of the warehouse. + **Customer-Centric Logistics:** Foster a customer-first approach in logistics operations by developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Enhance service levels through optimized distribution, storage, and replenishment strategies. + **Process Optimization & Compliance:** Standardize logistics processes to enhance efficiency and maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 15001 standards. + **Financial & Budgetary Control:** Manage the logistics budget, optimizing cost efficiencies while maintaining service excellence. Ensure effective resource allocation and provide detailed cost justifications for key investments and initiatives. + **Team Leadership & Talent Development:** Lead and develop a multi-team warehouse workforce. Recruit, mentor, and engage the team daily. **_Your profile:_** + Bachelors or master university degree (prefible in Engineering or Logitics). + Fluent in Spanish and English. + 10 years of experience in operations: logistics or supply chain or customer service. + Minimum 7 years of experience as people manager. + Minimum of 3 years of experience applying Lean methodologies in an operational environment.
