You’ll break new ground by 

Development and leading of future activation & growth strategies, strategic projects and initiatives for Siemens Xcelerator, our business platform of the industry.Execution, evaluation and reporting of strategic projects, ensuring effective communication across teams and stakeholders while managing risks.Effective cross-functional stakeholder and participant management of projects.Strong collaboration and alignment of planned activities with the workstreams, divisions and regions.Provision of outside-in (e.g., customer/partner/analyst) insights and deduction of requirements for strategic roadmap of Siemens Xcelerator pillars (ecosystem, marketplace, portfolio).Constant market and trend analysis as basis for strategic decision-making.Enhancement of the global positioning and marketing strategy.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including 

EducationBachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Strategy, or similarExperience & SkillsLong term business experience with project responsibility, preferably with a major industry player.Outstanding project and time management skills, including proven PMO expertise and the ability to handle sophisticated strategic projects efficiently on a Senior level.Solid background in marketing strategies, and business development, particularly in service/solution industries.Proficient in MS Office and Microsoft Project.Ways of workingStrong strategic mindset with long term experience in lateral (non-disciplinary) leadership across hierarchies, capable of motivating teams and managing interests.Entrepreneurial, self-reliant, and highly engaged, with a high degree of flexibility and the ability to work under pressure.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in international environments.LanguagesFluent English skills
