Internal Maintenance handles repairs and preventative maintenance for company-owned equipment, while Independent Contractor Maintenance provides tailored support for owner-operators. Learn more at crst.com **THE POSITION** **Reporting Structure** : The Manager – Maintenance reports to the Director – Maintenance. **Compensation** : Base salary + 10% Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). **Shift Schedule** : Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with potential after-hours responsibilities. **Role and Responsibilities** The Manager – Maintenance ensures the efficient operation of equipment maintenance by leading a team, managing vendor relationships, optimizing costs, and reducing downtime.
