We are now recruiting for a new Market Planning Manager to join our outstanding EU Planning Team in Krakow!

 

Your purpose –

 

As Manager Market Planning, you will lead the market planning function, supporting your assigned product category across the EU region. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and centres of excellence to ensure seamless forecasting, efficient demand & supply planning, and alignment with business strategies to deliver against market expectations. Your work will directly impact supply chain performance, cost optimization, and service excellence.

 

Your ‘day to day’ –

 

Drive market planning improvements by implementing global models and standards, optimizing forecasting processes, and formalizing operations in the Market Operating Strategies.Ensure market strategies translate into actionable plans by maintaining an 18-month rolling forecast, solving planning gaps, managing issues, and identifying forecast risks and opportunities.Ensure deep market understanding by defining market archetypes based on strategy, revenue sources, and key characteristics like distribution and inventory strategy.Support S&OP preparation & reporting by influencing on forecast variances, aligning plans to improve supply chain metrics, solve planning gaps, and contribute to inventory, service and cost targets.Ensure market adherence to planning processes by guiding forecast preparation, implementing the planning drumbeat, and coordinating with the forecasting support team.Ensure Tolling compliance by ensuring PMI policies are followed, clarifying principles to collaborators, raising misalignments, and maintaining accurate documentation per Tolling Repository processes.

 

Who we’re looking for –

 

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds who bring leadership, innovation, and a growth mindset. You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

 

University degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields.8+ Years in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Electronics or Medical Device industries; experienced in forecasting, Supply Chain Planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and data analytics.Proven relationship building, management and influencing skills; evidence of ability to clearly articulate challenges and provide solutions during challenging situations.Highly agile working style – able to remain calm under pressure and deliver against multiple priorities, while using expertise to predict challenges and plan to mitigate risks.Good knowledge of SAP, Supply Chain Planning Solutions and Forecasting Solutions (E2OPEN suite is a strong plus)              Analytical - Ability to process, use, understand, interpret and synthesize large amount of data to make decisions and improve business performanceEye For Business - Ability to communicate analytical analysis in comprehensive manner link it to the business environment with an understanding of their implication.
