Role Definition
+ Manages expertise in developing the strategy and implementation of channel optimization & activation, digital marketing, campaign management, and creative development across various channels to drive brand awareness, engagement and lead generation.
Responsibilities
+ Manages multiple media communications programs to promote product (or brand, technology, service) and organizational presence in marketplaces consistent with organizational objectives.
+ Oversees planning efforts to prioritize the marketing mix across Social Media, Paid Media Strategies, Web, etc.
+ Coordinates the need for market research and implements the message strategy for given industry, product, service, technology or brand.
+ Gathering, analyzing and reporting information on industry, customer and competitive activities as well as market structure and trends.
+ Monitors and measures effectiveness via key metrics across marketing tactics.

Additional Information:
+ This role is a hybrid position and would require any successful candidate to commit to a 3 day per week in office requirement.

**Summary Pay Range:**
$116,532.00 - $216,384.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
