Manager - Marketing

We are looking for a highly organized, energetic and innovative Marketing Manager to join our Enterprise Marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing and supporting our marketing initiatives. By fostering a collaborative environment and driving continuous improvement, this individual will help deliver high-quality programs and optimize marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with Content Marketing, BU Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, Sales Enablement/Sales Operations, Client Success, and Product Marketing to prioritize needs and gain perspective for enterprise marketing programs. Can effectively interpret basic campaign and performance data to maximize ROI and offer recommendations to experiment with different approaches. Partner with Demand Generation and Marketing Measurement team to conduct ongoing measurement of campaign performance and effectiveness. Understand principles of optimizing content for search, user experience and content curation for various personas across all publishing channels. Track, measure and amplify content produced across various marketing campaigns. Assist the Marketing Operations leader with strategic initiatives, including budget planning/forecasting, process optimization, and internal business reviews. Support the adoption of Agile methodologies within the marketing team, ensuring the effective use of Agile techniques, tools, and practices to enhance collaboration, transparency, and efficiency. Willingness to reach across functions (Product, Sales, Sales Operations, Client Success, Technology) and influence processes and capabilities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience. Strong project management skills with superb attention to detail. Knowledge of project management with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum & Kanban frameworks considered a plus. Experience in large, complex, matrixed organizations and familiarity with Marketing Operations or campaign/product/solution development. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation skills, with a results-oriented mindset and a high sense of urgency. Experience in process improvement and organizational excellence, with a track record of successful marketing transformations. Account-based Marketing (ABM) experience Familiarity with marketing content tracking across multiple channels, performance assessment, and actionable insights. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Demandbase, Jira, Workfront, Gainsight, and Seismic.
