Join our evolving team at the Center for Demand Generation at Nestlé USA as a Marketing Manager, Strategy and Operations. In this high-visibility role, you will be instrumental in operationalizing our key strategies, including Good For You, Enterprise Scale, and Hispanic Growth Strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to advance our Food & Beverage portfolio and drive demand-generating initiatives. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Good for You:** + Lead the implementation of the Good for You (G4Y) strategy for NUSA, leveraging a network of technical and content experts. This workstream is of increasing importance in both our global and local agendas to ensure that we are leading in the forefront of Food & Beverage. + Contribute to the development of NUSA G4Y strategies and support global execution by deploying Nestle Group Policies, tools, and coaching methods. + Collaborate with G4Y Group teams to enhance strategic and operational components, ensuring market contributions are met. + Represent NUSA in relevant forums and be the go-to person for G4Y-related operationalization. + Amplify G4Y advancements to gain stakeholder support, including employees, shareholders, investors, and key opinion leaders. **Enterprise-Wide Operations:** + Own and lead enterprise demand-generating initiatives, including the Hispanic Growth Strategy and Enterprise Scale capabilities. Without pacesetting growth with our Hispanic consumers, we cannot win at Nestlé. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for above-division marketing impact and drive implementation. + Support the Senior Manager in representing the marketing organization in internal and external forums, fostering collaboration and alignment. **REQUIREMENTS:** + A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is preferred. + 5+ years of related work experience in marketing, commercial, NHW, or strategy. + Experience within CPG or adjacent industries is a significant advantage. **EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:** + Strong ability to drive impact through influence. + Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to develop creative solutions for challenging problems. + Adaptability to change and a results-driven mindset. + Ability to work independently and autonomously. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines. 338414 It is our business imperative to remain a very inclusive workplace.
