What we're looking for: 

The Manager Master Data role will be responsible for leading the day-to-day activities of the Data Management team. This role involves overseeing data quality, implementing best practices in data governance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the efficiency of operations.

 

What you'll do: 

Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures. Establish and enforce data management standards and best practices. Provide guidance on data management strategies, tools, and methodologies relevant to operations. Implement data quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy and consistency of data. Develop and maintain data quality standards and metrics. Oversee data integration and migration projects, ensuring seamless data flow and minimal disruption to operations. Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement effective data integration solutions. Collaborate with Business Intelligence and analytics teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Drive initiatives to enhance data analysis capabilities. Perform other duties as needed.

 

What you have: 

Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 3-8 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience. 

 

What you're good at: 

Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field. Focused on and responsible for productivity improvements and process enhancements. Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills. Able to multitask, prioritize, delegate, and manage time effectively. High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data. Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products. Flexible attitude, adaptable to change, team player, and able to handle multiple projects at once. High degree of professionalism, judgment, maturity, and resourcefulness in the absence of formalized guidelines and procedures.
