As Manager – Master Data Governance, you’ll define and drive the end-to-end product vision for Informatica Supplier 360 (S360) and the Supplier Master Data domain. You will lead an agile team, manage the product backlog, and deliver enterprise initiatives that enhance supplier data quality and governance. This role requires strong collaboration across procurement, IT, compliance, and analytics teams to align on priorities and ensure trusted, high-quality data. You’ll translate business needs into scalable solutions, enforce governance standards, and support analytics enablement. Candidates must have deep expertise in Supplier data, Informatica S360, agile delivery, and large-scale data architectures, along with strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:

Plans the realization of specific business outcomes through the collection and curation of Product data (both mastered and unmastered) Designs and implements product data architectural changes to meet changing business requirements Works with internal business teams to understand their needs for product data, as input into the overall Product data roadmap Seeks out opportunities to create new entities and attributes within the data to extend the capabilities of our Product data Tracks and measures the creation of value for the enterprise through the accomplishment of objectives within the Product data roadmap Manages, evaluates and develops staff and provides coaching and developmental opportunities Analyzes transactions, response times, and develops solutions for improved operating procedures, processing methods, and efficiency  Directs training in operation of information equipment and testing of revised programs and procedures Responsible for oversight of evaluating, developing, and maintaining master data systems Identifies system needs and directs composition of new and revised program instructions and observes operational effects Provides guidance to assist in locating and overcoming error conditions and notifies personnel of cause of error Prepares or reviews records and reports of production, operating, and down time Recommends changes in programs, routines, and quality control standards Meets with product owners, department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems Develops computer information resources, providing for data security and control, strategic computing, and disaster recovery Presents recommendations to management relating to purchasing and installing hardware, software, and telecommunication equipment

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree – Information Technology, Business or equivalent experience required; Masters Degree preferred 5 + years of experience in data processing, system analysis design, and operations experience 3 + years of experience working with Informatica MDM and Data solutions 1 + years Management or Supervisory experience 5 years of Leadership presence with the ability to formulate and communicate clear vision preferred Solid analytical skills - able to solve problems & interpret instructions in any form Communication – ability to pass messages using different channels (verbal and written) Strong analytical and interpersonal skills Facilitating – ability to organize and facilitate multidisciplinary teams through Project (large or small)   Change management – ability to communicate a need for change, create all necessary conditions for successful change and overcome different form s of resistance Coaching – ability to coach people to develop their skills and abilities to achieve agreed upon objectives  Training – ability to identify and formulate training needs and assure training execution and follow up  Ability to travel up to 25%
