Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the program teamProvide support to staff members to ensure contracted services are delivered flawlessly and in accordance with client and company policies and proceduresInteract with clients and internal groups to discuss and resolve issues impacting client operationsTrain and supervise healthcare and non-healthcare program staffDevelop, coach, and mentor staff

Proven experience in a healthcare roleStrong leadership and communication skillsExceptional organizational abilitiesAbility to competently handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
