**Responsibilities**
Manages team of Imaging Quality & Compliance Specialists engaged in required regulatory and accreditation activities, standardized metrics reporting, and record-keeping. Focuses on department compliance with all regulatory and accreditation bodies; assigns team members based on modality-specific experience and monitors their effectiveness. In collaboration with Imaging Department Regional Directors, VP of Cardiology & Imaging Services, Chief of Radiology, and Managing Physicians, the Imaging Quality & Compliance Manager is responsible for identifying QI opportunities, initiating Quality and Process Improvement activities, setting goals for those activities, monitoring outcomes, and recommending and participating in implementation when applicable. **Salary Range:** **$101,147 - $124,947** **(Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)**
**Qualifications**
**Education**
Required: Master’s Degree in business, healthcare administration, radiologic science, Quality Management, or
related course of study.
Graduate of an accredited school of Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, Radiologic Technology, and/or MRI.
Preferred: N/A
**Experience**
Required: 5 years’ experience with regulatory and quality control/assurance and accreditation accountability.
Preferred: Prior role as a KSC Quality & Compliance Specialist, or equivalent external role
**License(s)**
Required: Certification/Registry in NM, US, Radiology (R) or (M) or (CT), or MRI, or IR
Preferred: Certification in additional imaging modalities.
Six Sigma or other process improvement and/quality mgt certifications.
**Special Skills**
Required: Leadership, Team Building, Microsoft Platform. Advanced Critical-thinking skills.
Preferred: Proficiency with Advanced Quality Management tools and programs.
**Other**
Required: Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, must delegate duties to team appropriate to team member skills and
experience.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and effect change.
Preferred: N/A
