This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Lead Specialist – Metrics, Analytics & Reporting - Grade D1


What can you expect?

We are looking to hire a Lead Specialist - Metrics, Analytics & Reporting (Health Operation) team. This is an individual contributor role.

The BYA Implementation Specialist role focused on the Benefits You mobile app. This role will involve direct interaction with clients to ensure a smooth BYA implementation process, from project kick-off to post-implementation support. Support global stakeholders to implement BYA roll-out planning, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to portal users.

We will count on you for:

Oversee the entire BYA project lifecycle from inception to BAU transition and ongoing renewal.Collaborate with CRM and Darwin PM (if applicable) to align activities and milestones for BYA implementation.Work closely with the client, CRM/Broking, and Darwin teams to finalize the benefits scheme design, ensuring technology alignment for BYA.Draft and update the BYA CRD based on the client’s benefits arrangement.Ensure internal testing is completed before UAT and provide support during UAT.Arrange and facilitate client BYA UAT as needed.Reviews CRD for completion.Raises and follow-through ServiceNow for data/config/development request.Configures and tests BYA according to CRD, conducts thorough testing, and resolves defects and post-go-live issues.Raises and follow-through ServiceNow for data/config/development requestSubmit and track data/configuration/development requests in ServiceNow.Provide in-depth technical support (e.g. data changes, BYA/MSSO user profile deletion) for complex issues escalated from L1, ensuring timely resolution.Conduct thorough investigations to identify the root causes of recurring problems and implement effective solutions.Work closely with product proposition and development teams to address software bugs and system enhancements.Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.Oversee the configuration of the client on the BYA platform.Conduct UAT to ensure the system meets client requirements and functions as intended.Utilize ticketing tools like JIRA and ServiceNow to track and manage project tasks, issues, and requests.

What you need to have: 

 Knowledge & Skills:

Strong understanding and proper usage of digital health platform.Proven experience in Portal Administration or a similar roleKnowledge of employee health plans, enrollment processes, eligibility criteria, and compliance requirementsExposure to Health and Benefits space (Preferred)Knowledge of portal roll-out planning (Preferred)Strong Project Management experience including coordinating with stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring successful implementation.Strong Interpersonal Skills, empathy, and the ability to effectively address customer concerns.Strong Communication Skills to facilitate client communication and prepare client-facing materials, this includes the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences.Experience with ticketing tools like JIRA and ServiceNow, including task management and issue trackingAbility to follow testing processes, identify and document issues, and work with development teams to resolve them.Ability to multitask, manage multiple priorities and work in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment, ensuring standards and deadlines are met and keeping others informed and up to dateAbility to work as part of a team and build strong working relationships with peersAbility to understand the link between data, client needs and its application to the "bigger picture"Strong working knowledge of MS Office, third party tools – JIRA, Wiki, ticketing systems.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum 7 plus years’ experience in service industryProven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a client-facing role.Strong understanding of mobile app implementation processes and HR benefits administration.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-friendly approach.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.Proficiency in Project Management tools and software.
