Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of robust, scalable, and efficient mobile applications using React Native.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and stakeholders, to translate project requirements into technical specifications.

Ensure that code is clean, well-documented, and adheres to best practices, conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback as needed.

Drive the implementation of thorough testing and debugging processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality, bug-free applications.

Optimize app performance and user experience through code optimization techniques and adherence to UI/UX design principles.

Stay updated with the latest trends and emerging technologies in React Native and mobile app development, guiding the team in adopting new tools and practices as appropriate.

Complete projects within defined timelines by closely collaborating with project managers, designers, and fellow developers.

Conduct regular code reviews to ensure codebase maintainability, scalability, and security.

Understand and integrate native iOS and Android functionalities with React Native as required.

Identify and address technical issues and challenges promptly, providing solutions and guidance to ensure project success.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.

Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in mobile app development, and proactively identify opportunities to improve development processes and practices.

Skills and Experience Required:

Strong proficiency in React Native framework and JavaScript, with extensive experience in mobile app development for iOS and Android platforms..

Proficiency in using React Native tools and libraries.

Solid understanding of mobile app development processes and lifecycles, including design, development, testing, and deployment.

Familiarity with APIs, programming languages, and code versioning tools like Git.

Ability to write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Experience with automated testing suites.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with at least 8 years of mobile development experience.

Strong analytical skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude, with the ability to identify and address technical challenges effectively.
