ResponsibilitiesDescription:
We are seeking a Manager for the Network Security Risk and Compliance Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, cybersecurity, and network functions. The daily role duties focus on leading the NSRC team to ensure reporting, monitoring, and secure methods meeting the organization's standards and policies are being used across the infrastructure.
Lead the Network Security Risk and Compliance TeamDevelop and implement strong documentation, workflows and procedures to support the existing and ever changing environmentCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to communicate the impact of infrastructure products across the organizationStay current with the latest network security tools, trends, and technologies to enhance the organization’s security postureCoordinate and escalate issues related to infrastructure and assets and network communicationsCreate needed reportingQualifications:
5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in a management roleExpertise in technologies involved in large scale enterprise deployments/data centersExperience in deploying and/or supporting enterprise security software products such as firewalls, IPS, Anti-Virus solutions, application firewalls, high availability solutions, network management systems and virtual systems.Experience with tools such as Nmap, Nessus, and tcpdumpExperience with NAC, Network Optimization tools, SIEM/SOAR technologiesExperience implementing and using complicated software products that involve multiple componentsAbility to clearly document complicated steps and proceduresExcellent communication skills, strong customer orientation, good organizational skills, self-driven with the ability to multi-task on various projects and aptitude to learn new technologiesExcellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience working in demanding and challenging environmentsDesign and architecture experience a plusWorking knowledge of shell, perl and xml scripting is a plusEducation:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent industry experience Preferred.CISSP, CEH, CISM, and/or CCSP a plusRequirementsEducation:
High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.Additional Preferences
