Business description

 

Titan Company Limited – SS Case plant was commissioned in the year 2014 to manufacture high-end stainless steel watch cases in technical collaboration with Seiko Epson Corp, Japan. So far, the unit has delivered 3.5+ million cases. The unit is venturing into making of premium watch cases & solid link bracelets in addition to the exploration of exotic materials which includes Ceramic, BMG & Carbon fibre etc.,

 

Job Details

 

The Job Involves in building robust process management in watch case and solid link bracelet manufacturing. Key responsibilities include finalizing process routing to ensure both quality and cost-effectiveness across the value chain such as press, machining, polishing, plating, and case assembly. The role involves spearheading new capability building initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of new technologies, and managing the efficient delivery of new products. Additionally, will play a pivotal role in generating volume for the plant, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure overall manufacturing efficiency and optimizing new product development lead time.

Education

B.E / Diploma in Mechanical

 

Relevant Experience & Language

B.E -> 12-15 Years of exp. in relevant industry

Diploma -> 15-18 Years of exp. in relevant industry

b.     Recommending Design Changes in order to meet the product quality & cost

4.     Participating in Engineering product design review

5.     Process clarity to the manufacturing value chain through the production engineering co-ordinators and approving routing

1.    Periodic review of the team performance to monitor and improve the work efficiency.
