We are seeking a forward-thinking Next Generation Enterprises Solutions Analyst to support the continuous monitoring and improvement of innovative solutions that address evolving client needs. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze client challenges, leverage emerging technologies, and monitor scalable, modular solutions that deliver measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about exploring new technologies and methodologies, with a focus on driving transformation for mid-market organizations (<$10 billion in revenue).
Responsibilities
• Solution Monitoring and Analysis:
o Collaborate with sales, technology, and delivery teams to analyze client requirements and pain points.
o Research and identify gaps in our next generation solutions, and propose potential ideas to address gaps that leverage AI, machine learning, automation, and advanced analytics.
o Analyze the repeatability of solution frameworks that balance standardization with client customization.
o Test and validate solutions to ensure scalability, efficiency, and alignment with client needs.
• Market and Technology Research:
o Stay updated on the latest trends in emerging technologies, industry-specific challenges, and best practices.
o Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and differentiate solutions.
o Analyze market data and client feedback to refine solutions and ensure they meet business objectives.
• Documentation and Enablement:
o Create detailed documentation, including use cases, workflows, and technical requirements, to support solution deployment.
o Support the development of sales and enablement materials, including presentations, whitepapers, and demos.
o Train internal teams on the features, benefits, and implementation of next-generation solutions.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Relevant years of experience in business analysis, solution design, or related roles in technology or consulting.
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, automation, and analytics.
• Proven ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Familiarity with mid-market client challenges and opportunities is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to evaluate and recommend new technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in tools and platforms such as CRM systems, data visualization tools, and workflow management tools.
• Collaborative and adaptable, with a customer-focused mindset.
