**Job Summary**
The Manager Nuclear Maintenance and Nuclear Site Services Corporate (CFAM) is responsible to provide strategic oversight, governance and leadership to drive station performance in the assigned functional area and is accountable for performance outcomes that include station efficiencies and improve reliability. Responsibilities include systematically overseeing and routinely evaluating station performance through review and analysis of data resulting in recommendations to better integrate plant processes to achieve high levels of performance.Routine responsibilities also include frequent site visits, participation in station management review meetings. Additional responsibilities include representing Dominion with INPO and other industry groups that evaluate Dominion performance and provide industry leadership in support of industry performance improvement. This role also supervises corporate staff and/or a matrixed organization that provides technical assistance in support of these responsibilities. The Manager Nuclear Maintenance and Nuclear Site Services Corporate (CFAM) is the lead for the Fleet Peer Group Governance and Oversight team supporting the Maintenance and Nuclear Site Services Peer Groups. This role is responsible for the review, analysis and integration of plant processes, procedures, maintenance and nuclear site services protocols and practices, and work plans to develop a consistent and integrated standard plant administrative process/procedure platform. This Manager ensures the inclusion of industry best practices in peer group products. The Manager Nuclear Maintenance and Nuclear Site Services Corporate (CFAM) is directly responsible for leading maintenance and nuclear site services managers from each plant in the governance of fleet maintenance and nuclear site services from a position of credibility and influence to achieve industry best practices in maintenance and nuclear site services across the Dominion nuclear fleet. The Manager Nuclear Maintenance and Nuclear Site Services Corporate (CFAM) has the following duties: Work closely with all levels of the Peer Group process. Maintain frequent communication with the Peer Group Executive Leader, Chairperson, and Peer Group members assigned as Working Group Leaders. This position carries significant influence and works directly with the peer group executive leader and chair to establish fleet-wide actions and priorities. Keep abreast of industry best performance and obtain useful information for their Peer Group. Continually assess industry initiatives and standards that are constantly evolving, research internal assessments, reports, observations to sift site-specific deficiencies from fleet-wide shortfall, assess INPO evaluations and NRC reports and research other industry activities (technical, safety, organizational, etc.) for potential opportunities to operate more safely, reliably and efficiently. Identify benchmarking and self-assessment opportunities and ensure personnel take advantage of them in support of NBU and Peer Group priorities. Conducts site visits for identification of implementation issues with the station and determine remediation action if appropriate to improve the stations implementation. Supports the overall Peer Group processes including coordinating and documenting standard peer group status and metrics for all peer groups.
**Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience**
The knowledge, skills, abilities and experiences that are required for entry into this job include the following:
-8-10+ years of supervisory or management level experience in maintenance or nuclear site services at a nuclear facility.
-Has served as a station maintenance or nuclear site services manager or succession plan candidate.
-Must be an experienced, knowledgeable, and energetic professional capable of leading from a position of support and must work closely with all levels of the Peer Group Governance structure.
-Working knowledge of the nuclear industry, processes and procedures.
-Considered an expert in the nuclear area assigned to support.
-Strong organizational and project management skills.
-Ability to review, analyze and compile complex technical information and develop recommendations for management.
-Solid team player with an ability to work with a diverse group of individuals.
-Excellent organizational and communication skills.
**Education Requirements**
**Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:**
