Responsibilities
The Nursing Manager in the Family Birth Center is responsible for managing the resources and daily activities of the department while ensuring environmental factors support high standards of patient care. Other responsibilities include:

Qualifications
Required:
Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience and one (1) year of leadership experience.Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent education and experience.California RN licenseBasic Life Support (BLS) certificationNeonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certificationAdvanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certificationCompletion of Advanced Fetal Monitoring or maintain the NCC EFM certificationSTABLE certification
