Aspirus Rhinelander Hospital in Rhinelander, WI is seeking a MANAGER OF NURSING to join our team!
The Nurse Manager is an operational Leader that supports Nurses on respective unit(s) or across the hospital. The Nurse Manger is a Registered Nurse that understands and supports the philosophy, policies and procedures of Aspirus Wausau Hospital. The Nurse Manager works under the direction of a Nursing Director/and or CNO. This role supports bedside staff directly with majority time spent on the unit or supports nursing projects that affect the division of nursing.
HOURS: This position is Full Time; 1.0 FTE or 80 hours per pay period.
Experience/Qualifications
Knowledge of patient care standards and practices acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, BSN. Master’s Degree preferred.Three years’ experience as a staff nurse, knowledge and expertise in area of application, and competency in critical thinking and prioritizing skills in previous employment situation necessary for patient care and management functions.Possesses an active Wisconsin nursing license or compact license.Annual competencies as required by Aspirus and/or various regulatory agencies based on entity and/or job position.Employee Benefits
