Manager Nursing - PCU / IMCU

Hours: Full Time Day Shift (40 hours weekly)

Coordinates team in delivery of patient care in a compassionate and ethical manner according to recognized standards and care model. Exercises independent judgment with 24-hour accountability for clinical and operational issues for assigned units.

Required qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Upon hire: Alaska Registered Nurse License  Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association  Within 1 year of hire: Certification in clinical specialty 3 years of recent management or supervisory experience. Charge nurse or similar experience may count for up to two years of the required experience.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's Degree 2 years of Management experience in like sized unit.
