Aspirus Medford Hospital in Medford, WI is seeking a MANAGER - NUTRITION & FOOD SERVICES to join our team!

The Manager of Nutrition & Food Services provides supervision of the daily operations of the Nutrition Services Department. Coordinates development and placement of weekly food orders based on current inventories and menu needs. Oversees receiving process and directs storage of deliveries. Monitors quality of food products received and evaluates new food products. Exercises independent judgment in recognizing and resolving department related concerns. Responsible for ensuring the department is staffed in accordance with established guidelines, with quality, patient safety and fiduciary compliance. Possesses an in-depth working knowledge and skills necessary to properly perform services within the department.

Professional Experience/Qualifications

Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge of clinical nutrition and food service standards, ServSafe Certification required.2 years of Food Services management preferred.Completion and certificate of approved Food Service Sanitation Course and Food Manager Service Certification

Hours: This position is Full Time; 1.0 FTE or 80 hours per pay period. Day shifts only.
