We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a position that has responsibilities as Service Delivery Manager in Storage service, in combination with Line Manager responsibilities

What you will do The Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring that GSS Storage service, is delivered as expected to stakeholders and users, according to SLAs and KPIs.Handle internal/external customer & stakeholder engagement.Manage OA and SLA (Operational Agreement, Service Level Agreements).Manage and support Operations.The Delivery Manager acts as an escalation point for stakeholders for issues with Services/Solutions/Products.Manage and support incident handling and troubleshooting activities.Financial follow-up considering time, quality and cost.Vendor management.Line Manager responsibilities include mentoring and developing staff capabilities.Leading change, including the evolution of DevOps or equivalent experience in the NWS organization.You will bring A University degree in ICT or a related technical field of knowledge.High-level understanding of various storage technologies, storage management software, and tools, such as DELL Storage, NetApp, Pure, HP, and others commonly used in the industry.Excellent speaking and writing skills in English.People leadership experiences include being a team leader and/or scrum master.Experience in working with quality metrics of own work and the work of others is a merit.Good ability to explain information to others.
