Our client, located in Austin Texas, is one of the top financial bond trading firms in America. They are urgently seeing a **contract-to-hire** M **anager of IT to ovesee their Microsoft O365, Exchange, Azure Active Directory**
They will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing and migrating old and new applications and cloud infrastructure.
**This is a Hybrid position 4 days a week in their Austin Texas.**
**NO C2C and must be able to work as a W2 employee of ours with at least an EAD, Green card or US Citizen**
**Technical Requirements**
+ Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing Active Directory, Exchange, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 environments.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Exchange (both on-premises and Exchange Online) administration and support.
+ Experience with Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
+ Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.
+ Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements related to Active Directory, Exchange, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365.
+ Proven leadership ability and excellent communication skills.
