Manager of Architecture and Design

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled Architect to lead the architectural vision and interior design execution of our new locations and renovations.
Position Summary:
This position will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of all architectural and interior design elements across our venues. This role requires a visionary leader with expertise in large-scale commercial projects, strong knowledge of interior design, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to create innovative and engaging entertainment spaces.
Key Responsibilities:  Develop and present interior design concepts and plans. Understand design projects from concept to completion.  Collaborate with ownership and operations teams to understand their needs and preferences.  Create detailed drawings, models, and specifications for interior spaces. Create detailed floor plans and building elevations for new projects and building prototypes based on owner requirements.  Select materials, furniture, and finishes that align with the design concept.  Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success.  Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.  Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.  Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.  Working with Andretti’s you can expect: Top Salaries & exciting Bonus opportunities Growing Fast (but smart) - merit based opportunities to rapidly advance your career!   AIKG has the BEST staff, so managers work with and lead motivated professionals! Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, BIMM, and REVIT. Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, finishes, and industry trends. Experience in the entertainment, hospitality, or retail industry is highly desirable. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and forecasting. Ability to travel as needed to project sites.
