Manager of Brand Maintenance

RaceTrac Company Overview

Job Description:

The Manager of Brand Maintenance is a critical part of our Architecture & Design team and leads a team responsible for maintaining brand integrity and guest experience across all stores in the RaceTrac Inc. fleet. This individual will have the opportunity to develop, refine, and implement a best-in-class brand maintenance program to ensure all locations are adhering to the latest quality standards. Up to 25% travel may be required.

Responsibilities:

•    Manages prototype standards with A&E firms and external vendors.
•    Ensures all designs conform to prototype standards and guidelines according to RaceTrac brand standards and initiatives.
•    Manages the design and rollout of new store construction as well as existing store remodels and retrofits as needed.
•    Owns millwork, signage, décor, A&E, 3rd party merchandisers, and print shop relationships. Responsible for concepting, creation, and execution.
•    Creates design packages for local jurisdiction submittals, not limited to but including renderings and sample boards. 
•    Manages sign specifications for RaceTrac and RaceWay stores.
•    Communicates all necessary information to the Engineering, Construction, Marketing and other applicable departments to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is communicated throughout the project lifecycle. 
•    Negotiates and manages MSA and pricing for any interior and exterior products owned by A&D group.
•    Works with Category Management, FPO, Operations, HR, Marketing, IS, and multiple cross-functional teams to develop, design, and execute new initiatives, fixtures, and programs.
•    Creates new prototypes for RaceTrac in conjunction with A&D Director. 
•    Manages all internal layouts and changes and communicates to applicable groups.
•    Develops direct reports.
 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Construction, or related field preferred5+ years Architecture, Construction or Engineering experience in a retail environment required2+ years of previous managerial experience preferredProficient with MS Office Suite, Excel, and experience with AutoCAD and Revit preferredWorking level understanding of PowerBI, Service Channel, and Bluebeam.
