Summary of Primary Function/General Purpose of Position (2-3 sentences) Direct responsibility for the daily operations of the Heart & Vascular Center Departments to include Cardiac Cath Lab, Interventional Unit, Stress Lab, EKG/Holter. Functions include employee engagement, staff rounding, evaluations, coaching (discipline), staff education as pertains to specific departments. Reviews and monitors incident reports. Monitors customer service reports. Updates policies and procedures. Maintains appropriate staffing levels, assuring equipment and procedures are compliant and services are charged appropriately. Plans for and budgets for capital equipment, supplies and staffing. Interactions/meetings with cardiologists, CV surgeons, electrophysiologists, anesthesiology, and other medical staff. II.
