Responsibilities

Manage activities and flow of work for the assigned clinical program.

Develop, implement and evaluate program services and initiatives.Hire, train, develop and evaluate staff.Assign tasks and prioritize and coordinate work.Collaborate with others to assist with problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services, and systems/performance measures.Monitor and adhere to budget.Approve or monitor expenditures, purchases and other actions to insure compliance with budget guidelines.
Requirements

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
degree/Technical degree with 2 years of experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Additional Preferences Experience running the board in an OR environmentUnderstanding the complexities of coordinating Anesthesiologist schedules in an OR environmentAuditing charts to undertand efficient OR schedulingDeveloping programs and initiatives within an OR environment (Room rurn around times, Quality initiatives, etc.)Payroll review and approvalProvider onboarding, etc.Excellent focus, critical and analytical thinking skills and communication skills
