This person will strategically analyze operational and market data and provide insights and solutions to senior leadership decision making. How you'll make an impact: • Develop dashboard and tools to automate and support the ongoing analysis of trends, track key performance metrics, and identify business opportunities. Continually improve user experience for Business Intelligence reports and dashboards • Present and communicate complex analytical findings to be clear, concise, and decision oriented to senior leadership. • Partner with stakeholders across functions to ensure success of key projects • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to best understand all aspects of our business. Partner across functions to set up the data available to develop appropriate analysis and interpret the output. • Identify and assess the value of data sources based on organizational need to influence data acquisition strategy. • Identify and evaluate opportunities for change or bring in additional tools and platforms to empower functions within BU • Perform ad hoc analysis as assigned and actively identify new opportunities for value-add analytics. • Other incidental duties What you'll need: Bachelor's Degree in a related field with, 8 years of experience or 6 years with a Master's Degree Experience in architecting, developing and deploying business intelligence, analytics and reporting solutions to internal and external stakeholders What else we look for: • Proven successful project management skills • Experience working within healthcare • Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, business intelligence and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Python) required • Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives • Extensive knowledge of own area within the organization while contributing to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards • Extensive understanding of quantitative methodologies, techniques and tools to develop best in class analytic solutions • Strict attention to detail • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment • Interacts with team members and other managers and may include suppliers, vendors and/or customers • Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families. For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $118,000 to $167,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
