Job Description:
Responsible for managing the guest services (Information desks, Switchboard, Valet) department activities and staff. Provides direction operation support to all guest service departments. Accountable for providing communication, and feedback to the guest services departments. Responsible for all policy/procedures related to guest services departments. Resolves customer concerns/claims pursuant to guest services operations and role models values and practices in alignment with the mission of Baptist Health Lexington.Requirements:
