Job Description:
The HRIS Manager oversees all aspects of HRIS department to ensure systems and processes are documented, scalable, efficient, integrated, and well-controlled, utilizing resource capacity and accuracy measures. This individual manages the resources devoted to supporting HR systems, analytics, and financials to ensure the HR department is equipped with the necessary business information and system support.
Responsibilities:
Design and Configuration: Participate in the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruiting, Absence.Support and Guidance: Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday HCM-related inquiries, providing expert guidance and support to HR and business users.Collaboration: Work with HR, IT, and other business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.System Maintenance: Manage the ongoing maintenance, optimization, and enhancement of the Workday HCM system, ensuring data integrity and system performance.Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training programs and documentation for end-users to promote effective utilization of the Workday HCM system.Project Management: Lead and mentor a team of Workday HCM analysts and administrators, ensuring successful project delivery and operational excellence.Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services and solutions.Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Workday HCM processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.Continuous Improvement: Drives the HRIS team to continually improve HR processes and systems to maximize efficiency and cost savings, manage change, and support new HR initiatives.Develops team personnel and promotes overall employee development within the department to ensure top team performance, high levels of engagement, and appropriate cross-training and documentation on HR systems for business continuity during system outages or team member movement.Maintains awareness of current trends in HR systems with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and applying key technologies.Evaluates new technologies and provides recommendations.Qualifications:
