Manager of Interoperability Services

The Opportunity

Homecare Homebase is searching for a Manager of Interoperability Services who will help lead a team of technical analysts towards success.  This leader will aide in our efforts to create a culture of excellence, ownership, accountability, inclusion, and proven outcomes. This person will play a critical role in evolving our Interoperability Services team through the growth and development of our team members as well as other matrixed teams within the organization.

 

The Challenge

As a Manager of Interoperability Services, you will be responsible for developing and leading a group of technical analysts through projects.  You will be responsible for:

Employee Utilization and Productivity Quality Improvement Customer Satisfaction Employee Satisfaction Client Contract Management Employee Performance Management Process Improvement Attrition Management

 We are looking for a talented, passionate individual that can show us:

Leadership abilities that will support the successful delivery of interfaces through a Matrix Organization of Product Managers, Product Owners, Developers, and Quality Assurance team members Strong understanding of Healthcare Interoperability between Healthcare Information Systems used in Home Health, Hospice, Payor, Acute, Ambulatory, Population Management, and Accountable Care Organizations Good understanding of Interoperability Architecture and Analyst frameworks and best practices Leadership abilities that will support the successful management, growth, and development of Interface Analysts within the Implementation Services team A desire to streamline processes as it relates to employee commitment, creating additional revenue streams, and process automation An understanding of how to implement best practice for Discovery, Design, Build, Test, Deploy, and Adoption phases of the process The ability to execute on all business initiatives and goals for the Interoperability Services team The ability to travel up to 25% to build relationships and conduct employee quality reviews The necessary skills to act as liaison between customers and Homecare Homebase’s internal departments to coordinate resolutions to customer concerns that may impede successful delivery

Education/Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Healthcare or equivalent experience ten (10) years required Education and experience in relevant ITIL support and delivery processes preferred

 

Experience

Ten (10) years experience working in a relevant job comprising of large complex information systems environments with a variety of Healthcare Management Information Systems applications and technologies Six (6) years experience in a leadership role

 

Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications

ITIL Certification preferred HL7 Certification preferred PMP and/or SCRUM Master certification preferred Related industry certifications preferred
