Description Robert Half Marketing and Creative is currently working with a client in the Atlanta area who is looking to hire a Manager of Marketing Analytics. This is a direct hire role - LOCAL ATL CANDIDATES ONLY. + Analyze category, brand, competitive, channel, and customer dynamics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for business performance and spend allocation. + Design and develop reports and dashboards to track performance and identify improvement areas. + Collaborate with internal teams and third-party measurement partners for platform setup, onboarding, and user management. + Lead implementation and analysis of multi-touch attribution, marketing mix modeling (MMM), brand and conversion lift studies, and cross-title performance marketing. + Drive testing, optimization, and post-impact analysis using tools like MasterCard Test & Learn. + Track spend effectiveness, KPIs, trends, and campaign performance. + Leverage synergies across digital programs and assess customer acquisition metrics. + Organize and clean data for analysis and collaborate with internal and external teams to improve measurement processes. + Monitor digital trends and analyze customer journey data for friction points. Requirements + 5+ years of experience in digital advertising or marketing analytics. + Strong understanding of media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn) and third-party measurement tools (e.g., Neustar, Nielsen). + Proficient in Excel (pivot tables), Tableau/PowerBI, and advanced statistical analysis. + Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and Google Analytics 4.
