The Position: The Manager of Marketing Performance & Analytics is responsible for developing and implementing best practices, processes, and tools that enhance property marketing effectiveness across the organization. This role serves as the central resource for property marketing managers, providing strategic guidance, system and reporting enhancements, and data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance. The Senior Manager
plays a key role in identifying and solving reporting gaps, implementing automated reporting solutions, and building a robust data library with a focus on data integrity. Additionally, this position is responsible for identifying portfolio-wide data trends, developing ROI metrics and KPIs, and uncovering opportunities for more predictive performance data to drive smarter marketing decisions. The role also scales best practices and educational resources across the property marketing team while acting as the primary liaison between property marketing and internal teams, including digital marketing, business intelligence, Salesforce, and data and analytics—to develop and implement industry-leading best practices.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Experience may substitute for educationSeven years of experience in marketing, with at least three years in a property marketing management roleKnowledge of property marketing strategies, including digital marketing, social media, SEO, PPC, and lead nurturing.Knowledge of real estate and multifamily housing market trends, leasing cycles, and consumer behavior.Knowledge of strategic, data-driven marketing approaches to enhance performance across the organization.Skilled with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and reporting platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, BI tools, etc.).Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive marketing initiatives and business growth.Skilled in leveraging data insights to develop and refine marketing strategies that enhance organizational performance.Skilled in analytic and data interpretation, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.Skilled in project management and organizational, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writingAbility to exercise independent judgment in developing marketing best practices, training programs, and performance optimization strategiesAbility to anticipate market shifts and proactively adjust marketing strategies for competitive advantageAbility to drive innovation and continuous improvement in property marketing operationsPhysical Requirements:
