Mercyhealth is seeking a passionate and experienced Manager of Nursing to lead nursing operations of the Mercy Regional Cancer Center to ensure high-quality care, efficient performance, and compliance with all regulations.
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for ensuring safe, high-quality, patient-centered care in alignment with our system’s mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities.

Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
Masters degree in a related field preferred.
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Wisconsin through WI DSPS.Certification in specialty desirable.
Must have a minimum of 2 to 4 years of progressively responsible nursing leadership experience.
Three to five years of previous cancer program management and supervisory experience preferred.

Plan, direct, and supervise daily Cancer Center nursing operations.
Recruit, train, and evaluate management and supervisory staff.
Develop and implement policies, goals, and objectives aligned with the Mercy Health System’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
Manage and monitor the Cancer Center budget.
Participate in program development, policy interpretation, and committee activities.
Investigate and resolve complaints or escalate complex issues as needed.
Collaborate with the Director on strategic planning and policy implementation.
Maintain and enhance the Center’s Quality Assurance and Improvement (QA&I) program.
