Job DescriptionAs People & Culture Manager, you will oversee day-to-day human resource operations, training, and payroll management across four properties (Royal Garden Plaza Pattaya, Royal Garden Plaza Phuket, Minor Sky, and Riverside Plaza). Based in Pattaya, this role emphasizes people development while ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and systems.
Qualifications• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or any related fields
• Minimum 5 years' experience in international companies with a track record of achievements.
• Strong in inter-personal and communication skills.
• Proficient in English, Thai and computer literate.
• Results driven and strong in people management and development.
