The Manager Pharmacy Residency/Student Programs will provide management oversight to all residency programs, program directors, pharmacy residents, pharmacy students, associated residency/student preceptors and school of pharmacy faculty. The Manager will serve as an active liaison with Schools of Pharmacy and faculty. The Manager will ensure that residency programs are complaint with ASHP accreditation standards and work as a member of the Department of Pharmacy leadership team to ensure that the programs and their residents are highly integrated and supportive of the department’s and hospitals’ goals.

Qualifications

Education: 4 Year/Bachelors Degree required. Post Graduate Year One (PGY1) Residency required.

Experience: Previous Residency Program Director experience preferred.

Licensure: Pharmacy Licensure in appropriate state or completed in 90 days of hire required.

Additional skills required: Ability to drive/travel to multiple locations/facilities as needed.
