**Overview** **NOVANT CORPORATE PHARMACY** **Manager Pharmacy Educational Programs** The Pharmacy Vision is to deliver optimal medication management across all dimensions of care, every time, and that each Pharmacy employee understands how he or she contributes to the health system’s vision of achieving that commitment to patients and families. Each Pharmacy employee will be essential in ensuring that Novant Health Pharmacy exists to ensure safe, effective, and affordable medication use in our communities, one person at a time. The **Manager Pharmacy Residency/Student Programs** will provide management oversight to all residency programs, program directors, pharmacy residents, pharmacy students, associated residency/student preceptors and school of pharmacy faculty. The Manager will serve as an active liaison with Schools of Pharmacy and faculty. The Manager will ensure that residency programs are complaint with ASHP accreditation standards and work as a member of the Department of Pharmacy leadership team to ensure that the programs and their residents are highly integrated and supportive of the department’s and hospitals’ goals. \#novanthealthallied #pharmacy **Qualifications** **Education** : 4 Year/Bachelors Degree required.
