In this role, your primary focus will be driving the seamless execution of Workday Procurement initiatives and supporting the launch, integrations, and maintenance of the related modules. You’ll be responsible for requirements gathering, impact analysis, system configuration, testing and deployment of functionality changes as well as executing strategic projects. You’ll serve as the administrator and subject matter expert for the operational stakeholders, engineering partners, and global project teams.

  You will... Lead the implementation, optimization, and BAU support of Workday Procurement and integrations. Establish an efficient buying experience by supporting the design, configuration, and integrations of the modules with end users in mind. Partner with implementation partners to ensure successful delivery of new offerings.  Lead cross functional collaboration with local and global teams to hit major deadlines, ensure all stakeholders stay informed, and follow change management best practices. Provide subject matter expertise and consultation to the project, tech, and operational teams on best practices, system configurations, and implementation methodologies in the Workday modules. Continuously evaluate current business processes, conduct comprehensive end-to-end process mapping, and provide strategic improvement recommendations. Collaborate with stakeholders to align needed changes with the established roadmap.

You Have...

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT Management or related field Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and project management tools 3-5+ of hands-on experience in designing, building, testing and deploying Procurement ERPs, specifically Workday  2+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a project manager/lead position Exceptional critical thinking and problem solving skills CAPM or PMP preferred but not required Agile development frameworks knowledge desired

New York Pay Range$106,275—$130,000 USD
