Northrop Grumman is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Project Management 3 to lead talent and change management initiatives within our Enterprise Global Supply Chain organization. This role will be responsible for driving transformational change, implementing best practices in talent development, and ensuring the successful adoption of new processes and technologies across global supply chain. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute strategies that enhance workforce capabilities, improve engagement, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
The qualified candidate may be located anywhere within the continental United States near an existing Northrop Grumman facility including, but not limited to: Baltimore, MD, Falls Church, VA, Irving, TX, Melbourne, FL, or Chandler, AZ.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee establishment of Global Supply Chain Change Management Center of Excellence creating standardized methodologies for communication, training and adoption.
Lead talent management projects to enhance supply chain talent development and change adoption, including leadership development and training within the global supply chain function.
Develop and execute enterprise-wide change management strategies to support Global Supply Chain process enhancements, technology implementations, and organizational shifts.
Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Supply Chain leaders to align talent and change strategies with business goals and processes.
Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and professional development opportunities.
Utilize data-driven insights to assess talent needs, measure program effectiveness, and refine business strategies.
Design communication plans and stakeholder engagement strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of new initiatives.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for talent and change management projects.
Facilitate training, workshops, and leadership forums to support organizational development goals.
Ensure compliance with Corporate and industry regulations and company policies in all talent and change management initiatives.
Experience with change management frameworks such as PROSCI, ADKAR, or similar methodologies.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (PMP certification is a plus).
Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and cultures.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in business, supply chain management, human resources, or a related field and 12 years of relevant experience OR Master's Degree in business, supply chain management, human resources, or a related field and 10 years of relevant experience.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role focused on project management, process management, change management, talent development, learning and development, or a related field.
Strong understanding of operations and processes in the aerospace and defense industry.
Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective programs that focus on continuous improvement and drive measurable results.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into talent development initiatives.
Experience leading and developing a team of professionals.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SAP and Costpoint.
Leadership experience within multiple functional disciplines to include Program Management, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, Mission Assurance or a related field.
Existing DoD Secret security clearance.
Salary Range: $140,500.00 - $210,700.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
