Do you want to be an influencer in healthcare? **Apply for our Manager of Rehab Services role today!** **Job Summary and Qualifications** The Manager of Rehab Services is responsible and accountable for assisting with the planning, organizing, developing, and directing of the daily operations and outcomes of the Main hospital and Thousand Oaks Surgical Hospital (TOSH) physical and occupational therapy services and the therapy components of the Orthopedic Service Line. + You will implement and monitor standards of patient care as established by the rehabilitation services department. + You will provide leadership development, coaching, and mentoring for staff and students, and will act as resource for therapy staff and other program staff as needed. + You will function interdependently in the patient care process by consulting/collaborating with physicians and other health team members. + You will directly evaluate therapy staff and assists PT/OT staff in the following areas: Clinical Skills, Technical Skills, Adherence to hospital and departmental policies/procedures and Productivity levels.
