Grow on a personal level by picking up best practices and experience in digital software and product development.Work with technology specialists and sectoral experts who have proven themselves in companies like Facebook and Microsoft.Play an integral role in helping telecom operators structurally reshape their business through the power of digitization.Successfully launch new, high visibility digital brands and products.RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide technical and solution leadership as part of the sales teamProvide BSS focused sales support, including technically qualifying prospects, preparing technical proposals, responding to RFXs, running workshopsLead client side stakeholder engagement for the solution development workstream throughout the sales lifecycleOnce a deal is concluded, help on-board the customer and hand over to the account management and delivery teamsDevelop and maintain relationships with technical/BSS/IT/engineering leaders in the telecom, media and internet domainsWork independently and proactively with minimal supervisionWork cross-functionally with LotusFlare Marketing, Product Management, Account Management and Engineering teamsREQUIREMENTS:10+ years experience in BSS supporting technical sales to VP and Director level executives of telecom operatorsBSS Domain expertise with a strong technical background in selling BSS solutionsExcellent understanding of FMC telecommunications operator IT and digital systemsExperience in delivering against a plan in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary, and often ambiguous environmentGood listening skills and ability to empathize with customersExperience with demos, proposals, RFPs, contracts, SOWs and the ‘nuts and bolts’ of sales for enterprise software projectsExcellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written English)An Engineering or BS degree is preferredDigital savvy with knowledge of latest digital technologies and trends; you experiment and are open to integrating new digital technologies in everyday workFlexible to be able to work in global timezone as neededOpen to work related travel
