Job responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of ETL developers and cloud engineers to deliver high-quality data solutions. Design, develop, and optimize ETL processes to support data integration and transformation needs. Oversee the deployment and management of cloud-based data platforms, ensuring security, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure data quality and integrity through effective data governance and validation processes. Monitor and troubleshoot ETL and cloud systems to ensure optimal performance and resolve any issues. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Develop and maintain documentation for ETL processes, data models, and cloud architectures.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience Experience in leading ETL + Cloud technology projects is MUST Experience managing technologists Proficient in automation and continuous delivery methods Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and their IT systems Practical cloud native experience Experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and expertise in technology discipline
