Transaction Manager

Key responsibilities: 

Managing a portfolio of Special Purpose Vehicles (“SPVs”) including KYC; In charge of the coordination of transaction closings; Reviewing legal transaction documents; Assisting with onboarding of the companies domiciled with and /or manage by the company, including AML and anti-terrorism financing (including review of onboarding files and acceptance of new transactions on a risk based approach); Handling and coordinating daily management of SPVs; Drafting minutes of Board of Directors meetings and shareholders’ meetings; In charge of liquidation of companies; Liaising with clients, advisors, notaries, banks, auditors, liquidators and with other CSC Group Companies; Keeping up-to-date with regulatory requirements and coordinating implementation within the team; Liaising with other CSC group companies; Completing timesheets accurately and timely and review timesheets of team members.

 

What technical skills, experience and qualifications do you need?

More than 8 years of experience at a corporate service provider, a bank or another financial institution. Master's degree in corporate or commercial Law or equivalent. knowledge of EU Capital market / Securitisation / Real Estate / Private Equity. a team player in international environment. professional, friendly demeanor. enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible. Strong organisational and time management skills. Conscientious and diligent, with high attention to detail. excellent interpersonal, client, team management and communication skills. Fluent in English both written and spoken. German would be an advantage; any other European language is a plus.
