The Volunteer Services Manager is responsible for creating, developing, organizing, and implementing volunteer service programs and strategies across the Med Center Health system. Engages leadership and staff in setting and pursuing innovation and best practices to ensure that adequate numbers of volunteers are in place to support the needs of the organization. Works collaboratively with clinical and administrative leaders to develop, assess, monitor, implement and improve services related to volunteers. Leads robust recruitment processes and initiatives year-round to support immediate needs as well as future growth and development. Serves as the primary contact and ambassador for volunteers and within Med Center Health’s communities by promoting and nurturing a greater volunteer connection to the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
Three years of professional level experience in marketing, communications, healthcare administration or volunteer services related work experience required. Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred. Bachelor's degree in a Human Services, Behavioral Sciences, Healthcare Administrations or related field required. Master's degree preferred.
