Who we’re looking for:
We are seeking a highly skilled Manager Omnichannel Delivery to ensure that all strategies and projects developed by the Regional Hub are successfully planned, delivered, and optimized through omnichannel methods! The goal is to deliver continuous, consistent improvement in consumer outcomes and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities:Global to Market Planning & Feasibility Assessment: Lead the planning and feasibility assessment of deploying products and programs in alignment with global counterparts and regional commercialization planningCampaign/Program/Product Management: Establish and implement management processes to ensure speed to market and operational performanceCollaborator Management: Lead various partners from the OC (Central Team), Region Team, Global Deployment Planning, IT, and Marketing OpsQuality Assurance: Monitor campaign/program intake and product launch processes to ensure quality briefs and timely deliveryPerformance Review: Steer reporting initiatives for performance review, findings, and insights on key campaigns and product launchesContinuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement across the entire orchestration/delivery process and toolsCollaboration: Coordinate and initiate collaboration with SMEs, markets, and OC to address delivery progress and resolve blockersCapacity Management: Build and maintain the Hub capacity model to ensure the team is appropriately sized to deliver the expected commercial calendarBackground:Robust experience in digital marketing campaigns including Paid/Owned/Earned Media, SEO, eCRM, social media, and eCommerce, and their integration with offline touchpoints (retail footprint, call centers, etc.) to deliver multichannel consumer experiencesExperience in measuring program/campaign effectiveness using data-driven metrics Extensive experience working with Agile & Lean practicesExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsKey Competencies & Skills:Strong knowledge in managing multi-channel and multi-market marketing operationsDetailed-oriented with proven organizational and project management skillsStrong communication and presentation skills with excellent English verbal and written communicationIn-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, problem-solving, and other disciplines related to service deliveryExpertise in people management and leadershipWhat do we offer:Our success depends on our dedicated employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
